Have you printed an Air Waybill in DHL Web Shipping,Connect or eMailShip in error? Manifested a shipment in Easyship, but no longer need it sent? How do you delete these Air Waybills ?

Simple!

Please send an email to nzecommerce@dhl.com with "DELETE AWB" in the subject field and the Air Waybill number(s) in the body of the email.

You will get a return email from the eCom Helpdesk to confirm your Air Waybill has been deleted.
