Terms and Conditions of Transport
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT
1 Goods and Services Tax
The rates in this schedule do not include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
2 Insurance
No insurance cover is included in these rates. Insurance of goods carried by DHL Exel Supply Chain is the responsibility of the Consignor. No claims will be accepted.
3 Trading Terms
Strictly nett 30 days from date of invoice.
4 Transit Times

5 Full Load Weight Limits
Weight distribution of full loads must comply with legal axle weight limits. These limitations may sometimes reduce the capacity to less than the theoretical maximum loading weight.

8 Rates
Unless otherwise stated herein, the rates and conditions contained in this document shall remain current until 7th Jan 2009.
9 Time allowances
The rates allow for "normal" unloading time at the point of delivery of 30 minutes. Additional time may be charged outside of same.
10 General terms and Conditions
As per DHL Exel Supply Chain Standard Terms and Conditions. The Standard Terms and Conditions may be reviewed from time-to-time and changes will be notified in writing. By giving instructions to DHL Exel Supply Chain these Terms and Conditions are deemed to apply.
11 Fuel Surcharge
DHL Exel Supply Chain review fuel pricing each month and reserve the right to charge a surcharge equal to an industry approved source. All changes will be will be notified in writing.

- Cubic Conversion
- Please refer to individual ratecards
7 Additional charges
- Timeslot deliveries are charged waiting time 30 mins after the designated time slot.
- Hand Unloading is charged additional $26.15 per pallet.
- Special Vehicles - Additional charge where receiver needs a special delivery vehicle ie standard vehicle is unable to be used due to access issues.
- Out of hours - Additional charges will apply for deliveries outside "normal" working hours - ie 6.00am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday.
- Futile Deliveries - Charge per consignment - $5.00
