DHL Express Announces 2019 Rate Adjustment

 

Annual Price Increase

DHL Express will update its prices, effective January 2019. In Australia, the average price increase will be 4.9% for shipments weighing less than 300 kg and an average of 13.0% for shipments weighing more than 300 kg.
The price change applies to all discounted rates and agreements, where contracts allow.
 

Fuel Surcharge

Changes in fuel prices have resulted in increased overall costs for the air express industry. This has necessitated the introduction of a fuel surcharge.
