ProTRACK

DHL ProTRACK is a service for DHL Account Customers. It gives you visibility of your shipments via email . It monitors shipment by account number and notify you - and anyone you specify - when packages are picked up and delivered. And, best of all, it provides the shipment information you need to keep you updated of the shipment status.

 

Available Shipment Information

  • Bad Address: Delivery cannot be completed due to incomplete or invalid address information.
  • Closed on Arrival:  Receiver’s business premises was closed and delivery could not be completed
  • Not Home: No one was available or authorized to accept the shipment at the time delivery was attempted to the receiver’s address.
  • Pick up: The physical receipt of a shipment from the shipper
  • In Clearance Process: The shipment is under routine clearance processing
  • Customer Moved: The receiver is no longer at the delivery address shown on the AWB
  • Shipment Delivered by DHL Courier: The successful delivery of a shipment
  • Shipment Delivered to Third Party: The shipment has been given to a third party agent for delivery
